Terms and Conditions for Zeno Care Loyalty Customer Programme (“Programme”)
This Programme will be governed by these standard terms and conditions and accompanying details (collectively the Terms). Each buyer or entrant or customers or Patient (“User”) agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Programme, each User agrees to be bound by this Terms and Conditions.
The owner of the Programme is Zippin Pharma Private Limited (“termed asGenerico or Zeno Health“), which shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this Programme. Generico and Zeno Health is the brand name to be used for the Programme.
This Programme shall commence from 00:01 hours 25th September, 2020 and shall end on 11:59 hours on 24th December, 2021. However, Generico shall further extend the Programme as and when required and deems fit.
This is an exclusive Programme provided by the Generico for User in India and is subject to other terms and conditions available on the Generico website.
By Participating in this Programme, Users are eligible for cashback on selected drugs/products at any of the Generico stores located in Mumbai or website or app as mentioned below:
5% cash back to be given to every customers in their account linked with the unique phone number and/or patient id. Applicable on first, second and third transaction only from the date of opening of ZenoCare account;
No limit to use cashback earned for a particular bill/transaction with Generico; and
No capping on the cashback earned on a particular bill/transaction with Generico and cashback can be used without any limit.
Participation in this Programme is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the User that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
To enter into the Programme:
The User must purchase/transact from any of the Generico stores/website/app from 25th September, 2020 to 24th December, 2021;
There should not be any returns on the purchased products; and
The customers should have done transaction for the first, second and third time and the same must be fulfilled.
Generico reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any persons from participating in any aspect of the Programme if Generico deems or suspects that such person has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following:
acting in violation of these Programme Terms and Conditions;
damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Programme;
activity deemed in the sole discretion of Generico to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Programme; and
any other activities as Generico may deems fit as per applicable law.
Generico shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Programme Terms and Conditions or intent of these Programme Terms and Conditions.
This Programme is applicable on a select set of medicines and products only. The Generico can make additions or subtractions to this list at any time, at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason.
Generico reserves the right to find and make any buyer ineligible to participate in the Programme at its sole discretion.
Generico has the right to discontinue or terminate this Programme at any time, at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason.
Generico’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained or taken into consideration unless otherwise decided by the Generico.
By entering the Programme, the User agrees, that he/she allows and gives consent to the Generico to use his/her photograph and/or name or phone number of email id during any of the Generico’s promotional campaign.
Generico reserves the right to disqualify all entries that do not meet Terms of the Programme. These include entries submitted with invalid/incorrect/incomplete information.
This programme is subject to Force Majeure due to the occurrence of an event beyond its control (such as acts of God, War like situations, Riots, Bandhs, Government actions, Earthquakes, Cyclones, Typhoons, Floods, threats or acts of terrorism, pandemics and other natural calamities, etc.).
Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue (if any) to the user due to provision of the Programme, shall be to the sole account of the User.
The Programme shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or courts having jurisdiction in Mumbai.
